This is really important. I can't sit in direct sun for hours and more importantly, your guests won't want to stand in line in direct sun either. If you don't have a tent I can provide one but I will need notice and it will go in the contract so I can plan my schedule accordingly. Q. What's the next step? A. First, contact me to see if your date is available. If you're flexible, even better, My weekends book up FAST so don't delay! When you're ready to book me, I will get some information from you and create a booking agreement. You're free to look it over before you sign. My agreement includes clauses that protect us both. Then, finally, there's a 50% deposit, and until this is paid you are penciled into my calendar, not inked. I receive requests for dates constantly and I am sorry but I absolutely CANNOT hold dates without a retainer You will have a 7-day grace period between siging and paying the retainer.
