We’ll chat about what style you want and what you’d like included in your wedding dress drawing — the bride, groom, bouquet, veil, or even your venue. This helps me understand your vision and provide an accurate quote.
2. Receive your personalized quote.
Pricing is based on the level of detail and number of elements — for example, adding the groom, pets, or background details to your bridal gown sketch.
3. Send your photos.
Once we confirm the quote, you’ll send your favorite reference photos of the dress (and any other details you’d like captured).
4. Receive your finished artwork.
Your hand-drawn wedding gown illustration will be carefully crafted and shipped to you — ready to frame, display, or gift. Each piece is drawn entirely by hand, making your drawing of your wedding gown a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

Hi, I’m Kathy Buskett — a professional caricature and portrait artist with over 26 years of experience, drawing everywhere from Las Vegas and Fortune 500 events to luxury weddings across the Gulf Coast.
I’m known for my flattering, joy-filled style and for being twice as fast as most artists, creating artwork that makes guests smile and clients feel truly seen.
Every piece I create — whether a live caricature or a hand-drawn portrait from photos — is personal. My goal is to capture not just a likeness, but the spirit and story behind it.
Because the best art doesn’t exaggerate — it illuminates.
Each artwork is custom-created and quoted individually based on the time and detail involved.
Hand-drawn sketches typically start at $150 for one person, with additional charges for each person, pet, or meaningful background element — such as a bouquet, venue, or setting.
Paintings and digital paintings take more time and are priced higher to reflect the added layers of color, refinement, and finishing work. Prices for wedding dress paintings start at $750 for one person.
Most pieces are completed within 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity.
Detailed or multi-subject requests — such as adding loved ones, custom lettering, or intricate backgrounds — may require extra time and investment.
Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Because I also draw live at weddings and corporate events, my studio schedule fills quickly during wedding season and holidays.
