Hi, my name is Kathy Buskett and I'm a mom, probably a lot like you or your own mom.
I'm also a live wedding painter with 27 years of experience.
I am also a live wedding sketch artist, and I have a degree in fine art and have been a working artist since 1999.
I've done more weddings than I can count, and this matters for you because you want someone who knows what they're doing at your wedding - the most important day of your life.

I already mentioned that I don’t sit quietly in a corner.
Instead, I LOVE interacting with your guests and will talk with them as I paint and draw, making it a FUN live art experience instead of just another vendor sitting silently at an easel.
I also have a lot more experience than many live wedding painters.
A lot of the younger artists trying to break into the business right now simply aren’t ready yet. Weddings are one of the most important days of people’s lives, and experience matters.
Malcolm Gladwell famously said it takes around 10,000 hours to truly master something — and after nearly 30 years of drawing professionally, including ten years in Las Vegas at some of the biggest corporate events in the world for companies like Samsung, Coca-Cola, AT&T, and Cirque du Soleil, I’ve learned how to not only create great artwork, but how to handle crowds, timelines, pressure, and guest interaction professionally.
One other thing that really sets me apart is that I offer LIVE DIGITAL wedding paintings and caricatures.
This is something that started in the corporate world, where I worked for years doing live digital art activations, but almost nobody is offering it for weddings yet.

I actually HATE AI art, as do most self-respecting artists.
Everything is drawn live by hand by me. The tools are just different.
