When Coco and Zac opened the doors to their reception, holding hands and clutching their wedding caricature,

I draw flattering caricatures, and it's ON PURPOSE. I CAN draw those other kind, but only if you REALLY want one.

I don’t quietly draw wedding caricatures from photos in a corner while guests walk away and come back later to pick it up.

With each guest, I introduce myself, learn their names, and purposefully put them at ease. We chat while I work and I get to know each person individually.
That may sound small, but it completely changes the experience.
A lot of the newer “live guest sketch” trend is done from photos instead of live interaction, because many artists are coming from studio or wedding painting backgrounds rather than true live event entertainment.
I have nearly 30 years of live entertainment experience as a caricaturist, and 10 of those years were spent drawing caricatures live in Las Vegas at high-end events.
So before you book, ask your prospective wedding sketch artist HOW they work during events.

Your custom quote is valid for 7 days. After that, availability and pricing may change — especially for peak wedding dates.
To reserve your date, a signed booking agreement and retainer are required. The retainer is typically 50%, with the remaining balance due prior to your event.
If you prefer a payment plan, I’m happy to arrange something that feels comfortable while still securing your date.
There are no hidden fees. Your quote includes everything discussed. Additional costs would only apply if event details change — such as extended coverage time, travel adjustments, or selected add-ons.
Digital caricatures are also available upon request. These are created live in a digital format, making them easy to share and customize with themed or branded elements.

How many guests can you draw during a wedding?
I typically draw 20–30 guests per hour, depending on interaction and detail. Because I work efficiently, most couples do not need a second artist for comfortable guest participation.
How large is your paper?
I use 18X12'' paper, but if you'd prefer a different size, that can be arranged.
I do have a reason that I work so large (twice the size of most caricaturists), and that's because when I was trained at the theme park I started at, we used XL paper to:
1. To fit more guests on a page (I can fit up to 8 comfortably, sometimes more) and
2. To put on a better show. Guests in line often mention how much they enjoy watching, and it makes the time fly by.
A HUGE wedding with 40 in the bridal party alone! With so many reception activities planned, the bride and groom brought me in to keep guests entertained and send them home with fast, flattering caricatures.

Yes . Guests regularly walk their caricature out to the car just to keep it safe. For many people, getting a caricature is a bucket-list experience, and it becomes a keepsake they proudly take home, frame, and remember your wedding by.
When do your caricatures work best during a wedding?
Most couples begin during cocktail hour and allow the experience to flow naturally into the reception. I work around toasts, dances, and key moments so your timeline remains uninterrupted. I coordinate with your planner or venue team and adjust in real time so your timeline stays intact. The goal is seamless wedding reception entertainment.
What do you need for setup?
Just three chairs and a small footprint (about 6 × 10 feet). I do not use watercolors or bulky equipment, so my setup is clean, discreet, and efficient.

Can children and guests with special needs be drawn?
Absolutely. I work with guests of all ages and abilities and adjust my interaction style as needed.
I love drawing children — their reactions are often the most joyful of the night. And I have a grown daughter with special needs myself.
Yes. Most weddings are drawn in classic black and white for maximum guest coverage, but full color is available. Unlike traditional watercolor illustrators, I draw my color — no drying time, no mess.
Can the bride and groom get color even if the guests are gettiong black and white?
Absolutely.
The bride and groom are always welcome to choose whatever you'd like. You're the celebrity for a day. It's your wedding, and I'm at your service.
